Your responsibilities at LSG will include the following:
- Design and implementation of identity and access management solutions, including user provisioning, authentication, authorisation and single sign-on (SSO).
- Monitor day-to-day operations and ensure compliance with SLAs and IT security standards by the IT infrastructure provider.
- Develop and maintain identity lifecycle management processes, including user provisioning, remediation and access certification, to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and security policies.
- Ensure appropriate communication with all key stakeholders, users and the regional IT management team to manage their expectations and proactively drive future IT infrastructure plans.
- Central interface to the business units within the LSG Group for all topics related to identity lifecycle management.
- Evaluate and recommend IAM technologies, tools and frameworks to support business objectives and improve security posture.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to integrate IAM solutions with existing systems, applications and directories to ensure a seamless user experience and interoperability.
- Conduct security assessments and audits of IAM infrastructure, identify vulnerabilities and gaps and recommend mitigation actions.
- Provide technical expertise and support for IAM-related incidents, including troubleshooting authentication issues, analysing access logs and resolving access control inconsistencies.
What we are looking for
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
- At least 3 years of experience in identity and access management, with a focus on the design and implementation of IAM solutions
- Hands-on experience with IAM technologies and protocols such as LDAP, SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect and Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA).
- In-depth understanding of identity lifecycle management principles, including user provisioning, remediation and access monitoring.
- Familiarity with IAM frameworks and standards such as NIST, ISO 27001 and CIS Controls.
- Relevant certifications such as Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), Certified Information Security Manager (CISM) or Certified Identity and Access Manager (CIAM) are an advantage.
- Fluent in written and spoken English, German an advantage
