Your responsibilities at LSG will include the following:
- Coordination, management and administration of SAP Basis operations, configuration and maintenance
- Monitoring daily operations and ensuring compliance with SLAs and IT security standards by the IT infrastructure provider
- Monitoring and performing user administration activities such as user provisioning, role assignments and access control
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to implement and optimise SAP systems and AWS infrastructure
- Design, deploy and maintain SAP backend infrastructure in the AWS cloud to ensure scalability, reliability and security
- Architect end-to-end solutions that meet business requirements and best practices
- Provide technical guidance, support and training to team members and stakeholders, including executives
- Liaising with sales and pre-sales teams to support sales solutions, including attending client meetings, delivering technical presentations and preparing proposals
What we are looking for
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, information technology or a related field
- At least 3 years of experience in SAP Basis operations and user administration
- Experience in designing and implementing SAP backend infrastructure in the AWS cloud
- Sound understanding of solution architecture principles and practices
- Excellent communication, collaboration and problem solving skills
- AWS certification (e.g. AWS Certified Solutions Architect) an advantage
- Ability to multitask, prioritise tasks and work effectively in a dynamic environment
- Ability to work in an intercultural environment
- Fluent in written and spoken English and German
